Apples in April

This title has nothing to do with what I am supposed to write about, but it seemed appropriate at the time. Christian wanted me to update everyone on what is happening out here in Philly.

-Malachi has been gone a week and many of you have already seen his tall self. He is back in Billings to play a full season of baseball. Woo hoo! Thanks to all of you who are helping out with our son. We really appreciate it.

-Micah and Rebekah started baseball/softball and it is pretty interesting. I think overall they are enjoying it, so that is good.

-Christian is still hard at work on school. This semester has been even busier than before. We keep thinking that the upcoming one won't be as bad, but they all turn out pretty much the same. It's good stuff, just busy.

-I am still playing my french horn and trying not to say yes to too many opportunities. I am also plugging along trying to get Micah and Rebekah through their school year. Let's see, I think it's 27 days of school left. Not bad, but we need to hustle in order to finish before the end of the semester.

-Christian and I have been working on the application process for the church planting assesment center in Atlanta. It is scheduled for May 23-26th. Please feel free to pray about this for us. It is a big thing to have happen right after the semester is over. It has been likened to a "spiritual proctology exam". Hmmm... I am not looking forward to it, but Christian is, so that's good.

I believe the does it for now. This had nothing to do with apples, but not many words start with a. At least not many my exhausted and fogged mind could remember. We hope this finds all of you well.
